Meet the DEL 302 Team
Rachel Borrero
Rachel is a co-owner of DEL 302 Management and helps lead the team’s day-to-day work. She has more than ten years of hospitality experience and has been visiting and working at the Delaware beaches since 2012, becoming a full-time resident in 2017.
Originally from Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Rachel is a former Kutztown University basketball player, a dog mom and always ready for a new adventure.

A.J. Borrero
A.J. brings more than twenty years of hospitality experience to DEL 302 Management, with a focus on leadership, adaptability and attention to detail.
A West Virginia University graduate, he studied journalism with a minor in business and traded New York for life in Sussex County. Outside work, he enjoys traveling, volleyball and working out.

James (Jimmy) Law
Jimmy oversees property maintenance and servicing for DEL 302 Management. With more than ten years of property management experience, he takes pride in practical solutions and building relationships with clients.
When he is not working, Jimmy enjoys live music and the local beach life.

Mike Johnson
Mike supports the team with property inspections, maintenance and repairs. He has worked in construction since age seventeen, has ten years of plumbing experience and has experience running an apartment complex of more than 1,000 units.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Mike brings hands-on experience and a practical approach to caring for each home.
